At Paintballers, Inc. we strive to keep all items in stock and ready to ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. We know that our customers wanted the orders yesterday and we like to get them in your hands as soon as possible. We are not a drop ship online store! We keep a sizable inventory. However with the current boom of paintball sales, many items are often placed on back-order status with manufacturers. We will make every effort to ship your item as soon as possible and will notify you with any delays, or options in the case of a delay. Most items are back in stock within 2-7 days.

At Paintballers, Inc we strive to keep our pricing at the lowest available in the industry. In the event you find a lower price on a competing website we will make every effort to match the competitors offer/price. This offer does not include items found on auction sites, used items. Item must be the same style, year and color. Please contact us via email or phone to complete any order requiring a price match.
SHIPPING:
- We ship most orders via USPS Priority shipping or UPS, which takes 1-5 days depending on area shipped to, with the exception of paint which is shipped via UPS Ground.
- We will not substitute or place your order on back-order status without notifying and receiving your permission to due so, on any item that will be out-of-stock for more than 5 business days. On any item that will be out-of-stock for more than 5 business days you will be offered a full refund or we can continue to process your order when the item arrives. You will receive and email/call in this event.

In the event an item you order will arrive within 5 business days, we will continue to process and ship your order as soon as the item arrives. In this case, we will send you an expected ship/arrival date via email.
- We only ship to the billing addresses of your credit card. If an alternative address is provided we will not ship to that address. This policy is provided to us by the credit card processing company and we can not make any exceptions.

FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping for orders over $200 is valid in the United States only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. In the event you would like to order from the excluded areas, please call us and we will give you a reduced shipping rate. Also note due to weight paint and large gear bags are shipped via UPS ground, if you need a different service there may be and additional charge.
PAINT:
Paint will be opened and checked for breaks before shipping, we will mark all packages as fragile. We do not guarantee no breaks, however your paint will be shipped with insurance and any damaged package will be covered. We take every effort to have your paint arrive unbroken and ready to use. Paint is shipped via UPS ground only; this helps to keep our prices low. Expedited shipping options are available, but there may be an additional fee. Call us if you would like faster shipping.
RESTOCKING FEE:
All processed orders, returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be excepted on unopened, unused merchandise, within 30 days of purchase. The restocking fee will not be charged if order is canceled prior to order being "processed". Orders are considered "processed" if your item has to be ordered. There are absolutely no returns on markers, paint or electronics.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
All merchandise is checked for defects before being shipped. All items are sold new from the manufacturer and are covered by the terms of their warranty. In the event you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving item and will we determine how to handle a defective claim. There are absolutely no returns on markers, paint or electronics.
